Register Here

What is a Time Trial Event?

You get to practice and dial-in you and your vehicle during
several basically open track sessions in hopefully, in each
direction. If we get the chance to time you in both track directions,
you will be scored using your best single lap in each direction.
If not, we will score you on your best two laps in one direction.

At some point in the afternoon, we will shut down practice
to stack vehicles in line to make their timed runs.
Timing will be done with our suction cup windshield mounted GPS
lap timers, provided at the event. After you run your timed laps,
we will record the data and score you.

Each time you run, you will have one warm up lap, followed by three
race laps, and one cool down lap. After which, you will exit the track
surface to return the timer for scoring. You may make multiple timed
attempts, time permitting.

All Participating vehicles must be safe to operate in a race environment.
It is your responsibilty to make sure your vehicle is safe to race, and
not leaking any fluids.

First time drivers of Harris Hill Road will be given a brief but informative class on the
Track and the best way to approach it, at 8:00am in the club house class room.

We at A.R.T. and H2R are a family of automotive race fanatics, here to have fun and promote
a clean and safe enviroment for racing.

Many of the participants at this event have extensive race experience, and will gladdly
share some of that knowledge with you upon request.
Feel free to chat with everyone, and take home a few tips.

A Race track is not just a place to go fast, it's a place to learn yours and your vehicles
limits, in a safer and more predictable enviroment, as opposed to the dangers of street.
Vehicle control is not something you learn and then master with a conversation.
A race track is the better place to learn, practive, and perfect your skill.

There isn't a day on the track that we can't learn something about ourselves, the sport,
or our skill as a driver.

The A.R.T. Tech team will be there to offer assistance. We are
experts at race setups, and tires. Don't hesitate to ask us for assistance or advice.
Proper tire pressure is a key factor in racing. If you are unsure, see one of the A.R.T. Techs for help.

Additional info:

All Drivers and riders must wear Helmets, at least a short sleeve shirt, and pants, while
